The Customer

A series painting, number four.

This is the last of my series of paintings based upon the hospitality industry. After starting at the business end, with chef, waiter and plongeur, it was time to close the circle. 

The final link in the chain is ‘The Customer’

This led me to embark upon a series of links in the chain:

• The Chef
• The Waiter
• The Plongeur
• The Customer.
